This is my take on the product:
I am always hesitant to use new weight loss products. But I thought I would give it a try. They suggest taking 2 capsules twice daily. Because I am somewhat sensitive to caffeine I only took 2 in the morning. I did not get jittery at all and was somewhat less hungry. I have used it about a week or so and have not noticed much of an improvement in my weight but am going to keep going to see if I have any real results. I do however like the fact that it is high in antioxidants and that is always good. I would recommend this to family and friends if you are interested in losing a few pounds or just want a little more energy and added antioxidants to your diet.
