PureNaturalFit Green Tea Complex Review

Hello Everyone-
Today I would like to tell you about a product I received free in exchange for a review.
It is
PureNaturalFit Green Tea Complex. *Now as always the opinions expressed here are my own and always will be.*

This is what the company has to say about it:
Green Tea for General Health:
ANTIOXIDANTS: Green Tea has high concentrations of polyphenols and catcheins which have been studied to:
- Promote neurogenesis
- Increase cardiovascular health
-Boost immunity under stress
- Improve sleep quality

Green Tea for Weight Loss:

In addition to the health benefits, the most potent of the polyphenols, EGCG, has been shown in clinical trials to promote weight loss.
Benefits of EGCG
- Promoting Diet-Induced Thermogenesis
- Supporting Fat Oxidation
- Promoting Greater Energy Expenditure Than Caffeine

Green Tea Complex by purenaturalFit provides you with 500mg of Green Tea Leaf extract, equivalent 5 cups of tea. Each serving contains 15mg of caffeine (equivalent to 1/6 cup of coffee)

This is my take on the product:
I have to take a lot of medications every day and therefore need to be careful what type of supplements I take with them. I have been trying to lose weight but have found it difficult to know what is safe or not. That is why I like these pills. These have been OK to take with my other pills. (Please check directions and precautions on the back of the bottle.) I suspected they may make me jittery or have an upset stomach, but they have not. These have a lot of antioxidants and that always is a good thing. This is equivalent to drinking five cups of tea. I have lost a few pounds since taking them, but I have been watching what I eat and exercising more also. This added little boost just might make the difference I need to succeed. I will continue to use them and see where my weight goes. Hopefully gone, gone, gone! They are inexpensive and I feel worth giving a shot.
