This is my take on the product:
We used to live in an area that was supplied with well water and we quickly became spoiled as to the good taste and smell. When we moved to a different city, we could not believe how bad the water here tasted and smelled. It always tests out at acceptable city levels for contamination, but this does nothing to help with the taste. We needed to do something to help. This has been a godsent for us as far as the taste of our water goes. We are able to fill a jug of water very quickly and store it in the refrigerator to always have nice cool clean good tasting water to drink. It was super easy to install and only took a few minutes. This lasts up to one year without changing the filter. I would recommend this to anyone who wants safe, pure, good tasting water.
