My take on this product:
These are red and white large size capsules. They have a sweet scent with no discernible taste. They kind of made me a little bit queasy when taking on an empty stomach, so I eat and take them one hour before exercising. They did give me a little more energy after my workout. That may be due to the caffeine in them. These are purported to burn more fat after your workout. There is really no way for me to prove that, but they did make me more energetic. I will continue to take them to see how my progress goes. Always check with your doctor before using anything new including supplements. I would recommend it if you want more energy and wanted to lose a few pounds. As a blogger, I received this product in exchange for an honest review.
