This is my take on the product:
When I received this product to review I was pleasantly surprised  by the quality if it. The blade was very sharp and the rubberized handle was very easy and comfortable to grip. I used this to add orange zest to my morning smoothy without adding very many calories. It turned out great! I am sure this will be a very useful tool for my kitchen. I imagine myself using it for grating and zesting many things. For an example chocolate on top of desserts and hot chocolate or mocha's. Onions, carrots, cheese etc. or practically anything I think. It has a nice sturdy plastic sheath to cover it for storage. It cleaned up very easily by rubbing with the grain of the blades. I can see myself using this all the time! I like this and would recommend this to family and friends.
