This is my take on the product:
This was a fun little product to test out! My husband has been bugging me to make brownies but I have been on a diet so I have been avoiding it. When I got this to test I thought perfect, I can compromise. I made brownie cookies instead. I mixed up the batter unrolled the sheet and placed the dough on the circles. I kind of used big blobs of dough so that is why they are touching a bit. I think with a little practice you could make perfectly sized cookies using the circles as guides. I added chocolate chips to the brownie cookies and normally these would stick to the pan. But with the mat they just slid right off. It is food safe and very easy to clean. Just a few swipes in the dishwater and that was it. You can put it in your dishwasher also. This would be perfect for making pizzas and rolling out pie dough. I can see many uses for it. I will definitely be using this for years to come. I would recommend this to family and friends.
