This is my take on the product:
This has been an effective tea at reducing my hunger. I have lost a couple of pounds since using it. I take it in between meals 3 times a day to help curb my hunger, thus reducing my appetite. Then I tend to snack less which means weight loss. It has sort of a licorice and ginger taste to it and is not very strong or overwhelming at all. I would recommend sweetening it with some monk fruit sweetener if you desire. Overall I am liking the results with this so far and will continue to use it to see if I lose any more weight.
