This is my take on the product:

 It is a large sized brown capsule pill, but for me was easy to swallow. I took one pill twice a day 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner with a 8 ounce glass of water. This comes in a sealed bottle and contains 120 pills or enough for 60 days. It has an sweet scent with no discernible taste. I am always hesitant to use new weight loss product because I am somewhat sensitive to caffeine. But I thought I would give it a try.  I did not get jittery at all and was somewhat less hungry. I have lost a couple of pounds since trying this and will continue to use to see how far I can go.  I would recommend this to family and friends if you are interested in losing a few pounds or just want a little more energy.
