This is my take on the product:
This vitamin has a little bit of everything except the kitchen sink. It has multivitamins, herbs, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and Omega 3 and 6. That's a lot to pack into one vitamin. And it's vegetarian also. They have a sort of earthy/herb smell to them. They are relatively large sized pills. The only drawback for me was that you have to take them three times a day with meals. I wish it was a one a day but I realize they probably couldn't fit all that good for you stuff in one single pill. I believe this is a very high quality vitamin and would recommend it.
