 So over this year. Sorry for the negativity but the problem is real. Depression and anxiety are real. Stop judging what you cannot understand. If you’ve never experienced this yourself please be kind. People need emotional help sometimes. It doesn’t make them weak. It just makes them human. Reach out to those people in your life who seem withdrawn. It just might save a life.
